This is the 10" x 16" promo poster for English rock band (1976 - 1980) from Salford, Greater Manchester, JOY DIVISION, originally names "Warsaw".

The band consisted of singer Ian Curtis, guitarist and keyboardist Bernard Sumner, bass player Peter Hook and drummer Stephen Morris.  Moving beyond their punk roots, they developed a sound and style that made them one of the pioneers of the late-1970s post-punk movement.
