Vintage Metal Small Tree Cookie Cutter

The cutter is approximately 3" tall and 1-3/4" at the widest.   The metal is in good shape, but discolored from age (please review pictures).  It was my grandmother's but I don't know how old it is.  I am not an expert or collector.  Please remember this is a vintage, used item.
