This is a terrific Spring Pink Roses Floral print jacket that looks great with a Solid Pink Skirt or with a pair of jeans! No fabric tags inside with it is soft & comfy & does not have any stiffness to it like a lot of Blazer jackets do. Measurements taken flat: 18"-20" Bust, 18"-20" Waist, 24" Long. It has Shoulder Pads & it is lined. The shoulder pads are underneath the lining so you cannot remove them. The jacket does show some wear/pilling around the top of the shoulders area although it is not visible from far away. Some people shave their garments w/a shaver when they find these types of areas... up to you. beign sold here AS IS.
