This is a Women's Tommy Hilfiger Tie Neck and Tie waist Long dress.

Color Brown.

Has gathers on the neck.

Has a tie waist.  Can be pulled or loosened to fit waist.

Has 3/4 sleeves.

Preowned and in excellent condition. (probably not worn)

Measures:

Length from top of shoulder to bottom seam: 41 inches.

Chest armpit to armpit laying flat: 19 inches

Sleeve length from from shoulder to sleeve seam: 21 inches.
