MY
GRADING SYSTEM FOR GAMES |
I try
to be fair and honest in my grading, and make every attempt |
to
mention package wear, missing parts, etc. Sometimes I find that an item falls |
between
two grades, in which case I will list it with a two-grade scale. My
grading |
scale
for games applies to the overall condition of the parts that are present; I
do |
make
every effort to note missing parts, but games are sold as is. |
NEAR
MINT - MINT: I rarely use these grades, |
except
when an item is in truly exceptional condition. |
VERY
FINE: very nice with virtually no major defects. |
FINE+: even
nicer, with minimal obvious defects. |
FINE: nice,
but no prominent defects |
FINE-: better
than VG+ but just a bit short of what I would consider Fine. |
VERY
GOOD: most of the items I list fall into this grade; complete, unless
noted; |
a
typical pre-owned and pre-played game with obvious defects as noted. |
GOOD: some
overall wear; damage as noted; may be missing parts as listed. |
FAIR: a rough item, with many defects including
tears,missing pieces and damage. |
missing
pieces, water damage, etc. |
POOR:
missing parts noted as well as possible; otherwise a pretty trashed item; |
almost
any and every damage may be present. |
