This item is a Silver Plate Sugar Bowl 4 Footed Double Handle, This item is 2 3/4 inches high and 6 inches wide. No Makers Mark that I could find. Does have wear from age and use. Has Corrosion  in the inside and the base. Please look at the pictures closely so that you can see what I am talking about. Does need cleaning if you wish.
