This is an Antique Vintage Delft Tile Frame.

Has the No. 24402 on the tile.

Handpainted Blue and white Porcelain tile with Dutch / Holland windmill and sailboat.

It is framed in heavy / solid Oak wood.

Measures 7 inches by 13 inches.

In excellent condition for its age.
