This is a Vintage Scotch Brand Cellulose Tape Can (#0687) for 2 Rolls – ½ 2592 Inches TRANSPARENT and was Made in the U.S.A. by MINNESOTA MINING & MFG. CO., Saint Paul 6, Minn. The can is empty and old and therefore is showing some rust, dirt and scratches.  But it is a touch of the past. Please see pix for complete description.
