This is a 2016 issue of the USPS stamp folio of 24 self adhesive stamps presented in 2 panes reminiscent of the classic engraved 19th century newspaper periodical stamps and banknotes. These stamps are printed in intaglio.  These stamps commemorates The World Stamp Show in New York City held May 28 - June 4, 2016, a tradition held every decade in the United States.

Measures 10-1/2 x 6-1/2" . Unused.
