This is an item that was removed from the retail sales floor of a major department store and labeled a "SHELF PULL". It was removed simply to make room for other items. Sometimes a "SHELF PULL" may have a disheveled package, an inventory sticker residue on the tag, or some extremely minor signs of customer contact due to its location on the sales floor.
