This item is a very lovely Silver Plate Casserole Pot Dish With Handles 3 Foot Empress Silver Ware NYS Co 1890-Till. This item is back stamp, Empress, Crown, NYS Co. It is 5 1/4 inches high, 9 3/4 inches wide including the Handles, and 2 1/4 inches deep. It came with this ring that you could use if you want. Not sure what it is for.
