This is a vintage pewter belt buckle with turquoise and coral cloisonné

There is a piece of tape on the back with a number on it. 81295. The buckle is 3 ¼ inch wide and 2 ¼ inch tall.

Take note that the metal loop holder is shaped as two Eagle heads.

Condition: -- The buckle is a vintage piece that has been worn.  It does have a good hook and loop, the loop holder is worn, please see photo.
