This is a Wedgewood Millennium Collections 20th Century Progress and Peace Teacup Set.  It also contains a brochure for the Wedgwood International Society and a brochure about the teaset, listing all the pictures that are portrayed on the cups.

There is some wear on the box (see the last picture above)
