This is a beautiful pendant with 13 round shaped Rubies forming half the Heart with 5 Diamonds that are .01ct each on the other side of the pendant. The Rubies are very nice and graduate from top to bottom as such: .10 ct, 2 - .07ct, 6 - .05ct , 4 - .03ct for a .71tcw. The pendant measures 3/4" tall by 3/4" wide with the 10k Gold Heart that is 8mm wide with a hidden bail that would accommendate about a 1mm wide chain.  It is marked 925 has been tested for purity and is Sterling Silver,it is also marked 10k , HJ and weighs 3.5 grams. This pendant is pre-owned but I would consider it to be in very good condition, does have some very light wear scratches
