Very pretty 9-1/2" pierced EPNS plate. Some light surface scratches but in very nice condition. Some wear to silver mainly on inside circle, see photos. Purchased at an estate sale, I do not know much about this piece or about silver in general so please ask if you need more details. Back is marked under edges: Sheffield Made in U.S.A. C115 EPNS Man with hat and bandanna around his neck with the letter K.S. and an o in a circle.
