While buying greeting cards in Hallmark years ago I happened to ask the sales girl about the great background music the store was playing and there was the cd for sale sitting on the counter . I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed this music for years and years . I've lost the case and it bangs around in my car and I have dozens of wonderful CD's from famous artists like Gershwin , The Beatles , The Eagles , Sinatra , ... But I always end up playing this little old unknown Steppin Out cd . I'm writing this review in hopes of finding out who the artist is , his voice is just gorgeous in smooth Sinatra style and his interpretation of the songs is beautiful and the orchestra is breath taking , it's that good , very clear loud sound and each song is long and lush nothing hurried . The first song Steppin Out with my baby is the best one on the cd , Sitting On Top Of The World , Mack The Knife ( goosebumps it's so good ) , Rainbow Round My Shoulder , Just One Of Those Things , Lady Is A Tramp , Hello Young Lovers , Beggining To See The Light , Bewitched Bothered Bewildered , Write Myself A Letter , Plenty Of Money , I'm In The Mood For Love , For Once In My Life . The same guy sings the whole cd and whoever he is - what a voice .
