This issued in in fair condition only.  We actually consider this to be in only Fair conditon (doesn't have that term). It has a rip across the middle of the front cover and the cover is torn down from the top at the spine - about 1/2 way. There is also a big 15 in grease pencil on the cover on the girl's upper torso. Creases and chipping overall and yellowed pages.
