A realistic original oil painting of a lake in Death Valley National Park. Usually this is an alkali flat but not after many spring rains. The lake fills up and the wild flowers pop out. These tall beauties are called gravel ghost. This is near Bad Water which is under sea level in elevation. People come from all over the world to see Death Valley National Park in California. This was after a very wet spring.
