97% Wool/3% Spandex.  The tag says size 12 but the measurements are for a size 10.  The waist measures approx. 29 1/2" around the waistband with a tape measure and 14" across from side to side.  The hips measure approx. 21" across from side to side and the rise measures approx. 13" from top of the waistband to the crotch seam.  Side invisible zipper with button tab closure.  No pockets.  Skinny cuffed legs.  Good condition.
