This pre owned, vintage 80s black velour velvet top is in excellent condition. It is a super soft, pullover style. It has a center white floral lace cameo. The banded bottom has a white lace bow and a 3 1/2" lace hem bottom. It is long sleeved and poly/nylon blend. The back is solid black. It is made by Lightning Bug.

It is a size 6 and the measurements are chest: 28" arm inseam: 10" and length (shoulder to bottom): 19".
