This is a vintage hardcover book, Kate Greenaway's Language Of Flowers, a 1978 Gramercy Edition reprint of the 1884 original. The book is filled with depictions of children, girls and ladies in a cornucopia of flowers and fantasy feminine settings by the famous Victorian-era children's artist Kate Greenaway. There is a very full list of flowers arranged alphabetically. It's really a beautiful book. It is not in absolutely perfect condition, however. While the pages are all remarkably clean and glossy, very nice, there is some kind of water stain or something on the inside flaps of the dust jacket (and also a little bit on the inside of the cover). It's not extreme and it's not something that you even notice from the outside or when you're reading the book, but if you're a collector this would probably matter. Anyway, I personally think it's just a lovely book and it's certainly in great shape to be enjoyed by someone who loves these things. :)
Asking $2.00 obo. Everything I have listed for sale is "or best offer", so feel free to make an offer.
