Vintage Fancy Teddy Bear Collectible Ceramic Thimble 

Thimble is made of porcelain and top is made of resin.  This great piece is full of detail.

Thimble has a gold strip accent around the bottom of the piece along with a scalloped edge.

I believe that this was sold by Avon in the 90's
