Vintage original 11x14 in. U.S. lobby card from the 1930's mystery crime drama, BLIND ALIBI, released in 1938 by RKO Radio Pictures and directed by Lew Landers, in which a Paris sculptor (Richard Dix) fakes blindness in Los Angeles to recover his blackmailed sister's love letters.

The image features an close exterior night shot of Paul Dover (Richard Dix) in his guise of a blind man as pats his dog on the head and looks at pretty Julia Fraser (Whitney Bourne) seated behind the wheel and driving. The border art near the film's title and credits features a tinted photographic image of Dix holding a flashlight while a man tries to crack a safe. This vintage original lobby card is in fine+ condition with four small stains of varying sizes in the bottom border and in the dark orange background area of the credits. There are random areas of discoloration within the borders and a 0.25 in. diagonal crease on the bottom left corner within the borders only. The color tints, which are extremely fresh and vibrant with no indications of fading, are very attractive and add to the vintage feeling of this piece.
