This postcard is colored & postally used in September 1991.  This has the foreign stamp still attached.  Mailed to Helen Cook, Punxsutawny, Pennsylvania (PA).  The back of the card description says: Kolh Am Rhein/Cologne on the Rhine, Dom/Cathedral, Museum Ludwig/Kolner Philharmonie.  There are 2 dots on top of the letter "o" in Koln & Kolner.  I believe it's the German "e" sound for the letter "o".

The scan turned out sort of grainy looking. The actual picture doesn't show the grainy look. There is very little wear on the front.  The corners have a little wear.  I try to describe the best that I can.
