This is an unusual item and quite a find! When I purchased this item at an antique shop, the seller’s tag described it as a “make-up bag”, however, I believe it to be an evening bag.

It has two interior “pockets” with elasticized top edges. The pockets run the length of the handbag.

Interior has “Dorset, Fifth Avenue”.

Handbag measures 8” x 3 ½”. When opened it opens half – the hinges keep it from folding/falling completely open.

The bag is in super condition – the interior is clean and the exterior has very minor scuff marks (not unusual since the handbag is plastic, perhaps Lucite?).

Neat item to add to a vintage handbag collection!
