This is a Vintage Silvertone & Enamel Santa Head Pin. It has a Red Enamel Hat, White Beard, & a Star Tassel with outline Stars on the hat.

There is no name/maker on it.  It has a safety pin with a "C" clasp that is not a rotating "c" clasp.

Size approximately:  1 1/16 inch tall X 1 inch wide. One picture is with a flash and one picture is without a flash.
