LIGHTHOUSE TAC PIN and BOOKMARK

The Bookmark is approximately 6 inches long X  1 3/4 wide. The Tac Pin is 1 3/8 inches tall X 3/4 wide at widest part.

There is also a Light Blue tassle fastened to the Bookmark.
