This gorgeous pin-up style mermaid dress is fitted and falls at the lower leg. It features an under-bust belt, a bow in the back, buttons in a slight v shape on the waist line to create a slimmer look, mermaid tail and full ruffles. It laces up in the back and has a hidden side zipper. Tag size 26.
