A wonderful long and large antique jewelry casket with a bird on top to symbolize the faithful return to  home. Supposedly the swallow was one of the first birds to land on deck when a ship was close to land, not surprisingly, aside from a popular motif for jewelry and antiques, it was also a favorite tattoo for sailors! What a great gift this would be for someone who awaits their loved one! A large beautiful dresser box that would make a great heirloom! 

This Antique victorian OVERSIZE  coffin casket box has such rich detail with pine cones all over it and its original pink lining and stuffing under that.   It measures 5 1/2" long x 3" wide x 3" tall .  This is  HEAVY  with gorgeous raised relief on all sides.  In great vintage condition.
