The Toscano Concerto has a rectangular base with two cutting surfaces and three cheese tools. The large base is made with eco-friendly bamboo and has a recessed groove on the inside perimeter to catch brine or juice run-off. There is over 128 square inches of cutting surface on the base alone. A tempered glass tray fits snugly on top of the cutting board, but it can also be lifted from the board to be used as a second cutting surface or you can use it as a serving tray. A pull-out drawer has carved sections for the three stainless steel cheese tools. The Concerto pairs practicality and versatility into a gorgeous entertaining piece.
