This item is a Wm Rogers Eagle Star  Silver Plate Bowl Waverly Pattern #3835 1938-1976. Back stamp, Wm Rogers, Waverly,  and #3835. This item is 10 1/2 inches across. Has a Waverly Scallop Design.  Does have spots and scratches from age and use. I am not sure if they will come out or not. The Base has wear also.
