Comments: We have assembled the following information about this Cushing family from several photographs in our inventory: George Harris Cushing and his brother Malcolm Pearson Cushing had photographs of themselves taken in Portland and Brunswick, Maine. George Harris Cushing was most likely married to Alice F. (Gammon) Cushing who was also photographed in a Brunswick studio. Alice had a sister Mabel (Gammon) Fickett. Clifford Cushing was photographed in a Freeport, Maine studio. A Mary Ann Cushing was married to William Asbury Hall. Carrie Mains later became Mrs. E.O. Cushing and had a daughter Sadie Virginia Cushing and a son Harris Edgar Cushing who were both photographed in a Boston studio.
