Produced by Knowles, this is plate number 7495 P, a decorative plate titled "Annie and Sandy". It is in perfect condition.  It is an authentic original by Knowles and by the distinguished artist William Chambers. It is the first issue in the Annie Collector's Plate Series. It is 8.5 inches in diameter.  The plate comes with a certificate of authenticity. This plate is in excellent condition.
