This is a very nice collectible ashtray advertising Carter's Furniture and Carpets of Suffolk & Franklin, VA and Ahoskie NC. It measures 4 1/2" in diameter. Only the Suffolk store exists now as far as I know. Carter's opened in the Fall of 1958 in Suffolk, VA. No chips. Check out my other advertising and ashtray items!
