This is a striking vintage Monet necklace with a curved textured and smooth design that reminds me of ocean waves. Each link measures approximately 1 ¼ inches long. The necklace is over 18 inches in length with the necklace section being 15 inches with a 3 ¾ inch extending chain with a decorative tear drop shaped end that allows the necklace to be adjustable in length. It will fit as a choker on almost any neck. It is approximately ½ inch wide. There is a little rectangular gold hang tag that is attached to the necklace stamped “MONET”.  This is probably from the 1960s to 1970s.

It is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There is a tiny spot on one of the links (see arrow in picture), which is only noticeable with magnification and normal for the age. It has a simple hook closure that allows placement anywhere along the extension chain. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

This is a stunning necklace when on and will look perfect with that little black dress or your favorite pair of jeans.
