We Upgrade Free of Charge every single dvd shipment to 1^st Class Mail.  All dvd’s will be shipped with Tracking.  Dvd's can and do shift during shipping, which could cause some to be delivered scratched. These items are all brand new, factory sealed, and will leave here in Brand New condition.

RETURN POLICY

Lower Price Media is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective or damaged item.If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us.

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.

All items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receiving item .

If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 10%restocking fee on the sales price or $3.50, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.

If for any reason a customer returns an item that is NOT damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or$3.50 per item (whichever is greater). In this case, the shipping costs(shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message indicating that your return is complete. This process usually takes about 4business days from the day we receive your return.


 

PAYMENT is expected to be completed within 4 days of purchase.  We subscribe to’s non-paying bidder program.
