And here we have available this vintage wall sconce also from the 1960's early 1970's in the Gothic Revival style in home décor which is made out of what I believe to be genuine wrought iron metal. It is quite a heavy and a solid piece showing a natural texture finish on the front and a spade shape on top. It has a fluted drip plate and the candle holder cup has a scalloped edge. There is a gold brass crown piece around the candle holder part which I assume used to hold a tall glass cover over the candle which is missing.
There is no makers mark, but it does have the number 1127 embossed into the back. It does not come with a votive glass candle holder since it's meant to hold a tapered candle of which there is some minor residue in the cup. It measures approximately 12" inches tall with the ruffled base 3" inches in diameter. There are no cracks, chips or breakage and is in excellent vintage condition.
