A Vogue 8428…a Misses’ Jumpsuit and Jacket Sewing Pattern in Size 14.

 

 

The pattern is partially cut and all the pieces are there.  The jumpsuit is uncut.  The jacket is cut, the armholes are very slightly enlarged and pinking shears were used.  The instructions are there.   The envelope is in good condition with tanning and tiny tears.  The envelope flap is still attached.  There is no copyright date but following the guide this pattern is 1973.

Pattern Description

 

“Front zippered jumpsuit has extended shoulders and side straight legs.  Purchased belts hold in fullness at waist.  Semi-fitted jacket has dropped shoulders and full length sleeves.  Topstitch trim.  Purchased shirt and sweater.”

 

 

Size 14: Bust 36”, Waist 28”, Hip 38”

Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert.  The zip bag is great for storing the pattern!
