Not sure where the aerial photo was taken, it looks like a complex of some sort, perhaps the NTT company complex, or the town of Mie, Japan.

I am sure there is a description of the photo, but it is written in Japanese. But I did look it up and Japan's national fiber network is run and maintain by NTT West and East (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone). Mie falls under NTT West's service area, so I am assuming that the sender of the card perhaps was an employee of the company.

CONDITION: Very good condition. Colors are clear, not faded or scratched, the back side is bright and clean, with only the handwritten QSO information. No postage mark or DX stamp, no smudging or discoloration.
