flower is speckled along the lower part of the of tube.

They bloom June to September and will grow in about any soil. They are drought tolerant,
but do just fine in more damp weather too. They are easy to grow and reseed readily.
Likes nitrogen. Seeds are small and should just be lightly raked into soil surface. They can
be planted in the fall or in the spring.  Comes with planting instructions, but refer back to
listing for details.  Best if planted directly outside in the location it will be growing.
