Meier's Champagne Metal Advertising Plate Bottle Shaped
This metal piece measures about 4 1/4" 1 1/8" and is in very good used condition. From the 1950's. From the collection of the owner of a large liquor store in Dallas, Texas. These plates were used in print ads to illustrate the product being offered for sale. The item shows a negative view, so that when inked and pressed on the paper, the view becomes a positive one. Both views are shown.
