Antique Sitka Ivory Celluloid Buttons on Original Card

These buttons measure 5/8 inches across. The buttons are made of celluloid plastic. They are over 100 years old. Celluloid, an inexpensive imitation of ivory, was developed in the late 19th century, and launched the modern age of man-made plastics.
