Synopsis:
The game adaptation screenwriter "Halo" has confirmed that Showtime has reserved 10 episodes for the first season, with Otto Bathurst directing some episodes. The show is scheduled to air in 2021.
This project started in 2013, but there were not many actions during that time. After the closure of XBox En entitlement Studios in 2014, it was handed over to Showtime for development. After 4 years, it finally successfully developed into a main drama. The Halo series tells the epic cosmic war between humans and extraterrestrial races in the 26th century.
Pablo Schreiber, who appeared in "American Gods," plays the core character Master Chief, who is the only hope for humanity to prevent the alien army "Star Alliance" from destroying culture. Newcomer actress Yerin Ha plays 16-year-old Quan Ah, who is shrewd and bold enough to meet a sergeant at a critical moment on the colony planet.
Natascha McElhone will play two roles, the first being Dr. Catherine Halsey, who created the Super Soldier - Spartan Warrior, and she will also play the role of the artificial intelligence Cortana, which may be the key to human survival.
