Case is in good cosmetic condition. It has scratches from use on top. But other then that it looks good. I don't see any cracks or anything damaged. Case looks good over all.  

Please make sure that you have correct lens model, or it will not fit. It was made for Mamiya Sekor 65mm f3.5 lens, but it will fit 80mm and 55mm lenses as well.
