I would rate it at 7 out of 10. Filter has been used, it looks very nice. I see light wear on the metal rim, from use. Glass looks OK. I see some tiny scratches to the filter coating. And coating is separating at the rim. Damage is minor and does not affect lenses performance. Threads are not damaged. Filter looks and works good. Separation should not affect image quality.
