Item description for VTG California Creations Creative Crafts School House Gingerbread Theme PAINTED

This is a vintage California Creations from either 1985 or 1986 (I can't make out the number). This piece is ceramic and painted to look like a gingerbread house. It has a few flea bite chips and some scratches to the back. There is a larger chip out of the front near the bottom. Please see all photos.
