Vintage Stretch Bracelet - Grey - Condition Issues

Inner cicumference measure about 7.25". Very heavy tarnish and discoloration - non uniform in color and splotchy because of this. Multiple marks and signs of wear. Not a perfect circle and is wavy on one side.
