An original 12 page in flight menu in a gray menu cover with a silver Papal Seal. From the Visit of Pope John Paul II to the United States of America in September 1987. Covers each leg of the TWA flight from Miami to Columbia to New Orleans to San Antonio to Phoenix to Los Angeles to Monterey to San Francisco to Detroit to Edmonton to Rome. There is a menu of the food served on each leg of the journey. There are lists of the passengers in the Suite of His Holiness, the Official guests of the Papal Party and the Guests. There are lists of the Crew and Flight Attendants on the Shepherd I, Shepherd II , Shepherd III and the North America to Rome portions of the trip.
We have confirmed with the TWA Museum that this is an actual menu that was used on the Pope's Trip in 1987.
