Billon (Silvered) Antoninianus 23 mm, 4.21 g. Siscia mint, struck c. 271 AD.

IMP AVRELIANVS P AVG ~
Unabridged legend: Imperator, Aurelianus Pius Augustus. Translation: Supreme commander, Aurelian, pius emperor. Radiate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian to right.

Reverse: FORTVNA REDVX ~ Translation: Fortune that brings back [the Emperor in safety], Fortuna seated left on wheel, holding rudder and cornucopiae; eight point star ✴T mintmark in exergue below ground line.

Extremely Fine, much remaining original silvering; especially on the very attractive reverse.
