Only the 1999 S Silver Connecticut Quarter was minted at the San Francisco Minton these Silver Planchets, not the 1999 P Silver Connecticut Quarter was not to be produced on these blank proof Silver planchet. As such the details of this coin is perfect as to the mirror like planchet and the frosty devices on the observe and reverse side of the coin. Please review the photographs for your self.
